I chose Marie-Claire, as I found her menu very varied. We had a good discussion on what food to serve at my big birthday party. Marie-Claire listened to my requests, as I am very much keen on healthy wholefoods. The menu was perfect and everyone loved the food. One of my friends who is not easy to please regarding foods, said she had 3 helpings. Another friend called me after party to get the name of the food as she really liked it. Well, it was chicken and tomato stroganoff and vegetarian stroganoff. We had brown rice with it and other healthy options. I was also able to taste the stroganoff before serving, which was very helpful. Marie-Claire and her team are very professional, cooked the food fresh and managed the whole evening so I did not have to do a thing. Thank you!
