I would give HB CateringPDX a 6 Star rating if I could. I wanted fun in her food presentation and that it was. Delicious, as well. She helped me think about the staging of the food and the room which helped my stress level. And she firmly insisted that 'I needed her to come prepare the food presentation' and she was so right. Adine & Matt are the best! Our Bay Area wedding wouldn’t have been possible without them. My husband and I are from Los Angeles and in planning a destination, SF City Hall wedding, we knew we needed a well knowledged, understanding and communicative day-of planner. Adine and Matt came through! Our guest count was a small 50, but with trolley rentals, specific city hall rules and details, reception set-up and tear down, various vendor schedules and all the million minor details that made up one of the most special day’s of our lives - we needed Ready Set Party! They know the Bay more than any team we inquired on. They are professional, prepared, observant, understanding, went above and beyond and most of all communicated well with us! Leading up to and throughout our day, they knew exactly what we needed and made it happen. As the bride, I let go and let Adine and Matt take over. Neither my husband nor I stressed at all. We left everything in their hands and it went seamlessly. No notes. Through Adine, we also found our wedding cake baker, florist and special dessert baker/artist.
